- Cartridge Filter: These are our most commonly used filters, which are specially designed for fluid filtration. These are cylindrical filters made from polypropylene, polyester, and stainless steel, and liquid flows from outside to inside of the cartridge for purifying purposes. We have used new technology, such as advanced membrane materials and self-cleaning cartridges that use nanofibrous membranes and ceramic-based filters and are equipped with backwashing and ultrasonic cleaning.
- Candle Filter: For making pure filtration in petrochemical and chemical industries, our candle filters are highly used due to their modern technological hybrid candle filters and automated control systems. These candle filters consist of a tabular format made up of porous metal or synthetic fabrics, and liquid passes through the porous walls, leaving behind the solid particles. The automation process is more helpful for better handling of filter cycle timing and reducing manual intervention.
- Sparkle Filter: In this filtration system, the multiple horizontal filter plates are connected in the vertical chamber, and the liquid is passed through with higher pressure. Each filter plate is attached to the filter medium, such as cloth and paper. The high-density filter media and CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems are attached to our sparkle filter system and allow them to clean the filter without any disassembly.
- Pressure Nutsche Filter: This filtration system is usually used in pharmaceutical and chemical industries due to its batch filtration system and operates under higher pressure. The high amounts of vessels are attached with a filter plate for removing the solid components from liquid. The slurry is placed in these machines, and when pumped, pressure is created. To improve performance, we have attached an automation system and improved filter media. The automation system consists of a PLC system that controls the overall pressure, temperature, and filtration time.
- Agitated Nutsche Filter (ANF): This is our new technological filtration system where the filtration and drying happen at a single unit and act as a combined unit. This filtration system uses mechanical agitation and uniform filtration and removal of filter cake. By using a vacuum system, the drying is done to reduce moisture. For maintaining accurate control over the filtration system, we have used agitation control technology for agitation speed and direction through an automated system, and heater base plates are used to improve drying capabilities.
- Pressure Leaf Filter: Our pressure leaf filter consists of a series of vertical filter leaves that are connected horizontally or vertically in the vessel. At the time of filtration, the liquid goes through these vessels, which are made with woven mesh or synthetic media, and the solids accumulate on the surface. The multi-layer leaf design uses new design that improves filtration efficiency, and the automated integration of IoT and sensors monitors the process continuously.
