Attaquant Enterprises, leading used oil recycling plant manufacturers in India, suppliers and exporters in India. We offer the best quality of waste oil recycling plant, which is also known as waste oil refinery, where it converts the used oil into new products or fuels through the multiple types of processing methods such as degassing, separation, distillation and extraction.

This process upholds environmental sustainability, keeps an eco-friendly structure, and gives cost-effective solutions. We use new technological systems in our waste oil recycling machine that are integrated with improved distillation systems and energy-efficient technologies. Let’s check out our multiple types of process of recycling used oil and how it gives certain benefits and is used in various applications!

Detailed process description of our used oil recycling plant:

Being the best-used engine oil recycling plant manufacturers and suppliers in India, we focus on every processing step to get pure and high-quality oil in the end. Here we have listed down the process in detail:

    1. Collection and Pre-treatment: It is a primary process of our used oil recycling plant and can be done in two initial processes, such as:

  • Collection: We collect the used oil from multiple sources, such as automotive service centers, industrial facilities and households, and it is usually stored in large tanks or containers for the initial setting of water.
  • Pre-treatment: The collected oil is pre-filtered to remove the solids before processing for further processing and large debris and solid contaminants are collected through large initial tanks.
  •

    2. Dehydration: To improve the purity and make further processes easier, the combination goes for the heating procedure and is done in two processes, such as:

  • Heating: The pre-treated oil is heated to a temperature in between the range of 80°C and 120°C, and due to its higher temperature, it can separate the water and light hydrocarbons without causing thermal cracking of the oil.
  • Vacuum Dehydration: To enhance the purity, the vacuum is applied to the heated oil and reduces the boiling point of water and light hydrocarbons; the vapour is condensed and collected separately.
  •

    3. Centrifugation: The centrifugation is the important step, where the dehydrated oil is subjected to high-speed rotation or centrifugation. Due to this process, the remaining water, sludge and fine particles are separated and this process can be continued multiple times until the oil gets in pure form.

    4. Distillation: It is one of the important steps for purifying the oil and separating unwanted liquids from the oil. The process can be done through various steps such as:

  • Vacuum Distillation: After the centrifugation process, the oil is distilled and heated into the vacuum to lower the boiling point, where it separates the unwanted mixed compounds. Due to this process, the oil is distilled into two fractions and forms light fractions and heavy fractions.
  • Residue handling: The collected heavy oil residue is collected and distilled into column sections. This fraction is not used for lubricants but can be used for fuel for recovery systems in industrial areas.
  •

    5. Hydrotreating: For improving the overall structure of the oil and enhancing impurities, hydrotreating is a necessary process and can be done in two processes, such as:

  • Hydrogen Treatment: The base oil that comes from the distillation process goes towards hydrotreating and is treated with hydrogen under high pressure and temperature in the presence of a catalyst. This process removes unwanted compounds such as sulfur, nitrogen and multiple types of impurities and also enhances the color and odor.
  • Separation: The oil is separated from the hydrogen-rich gas stream and goes back to the next process. The separation process improves the overall method and makes further processing easier.
  •

    6. Clay Treatment or Adsorption: For removing the impurities from the hydrotreated oil, such as color bodies, trace metals and oxidation products, the oil is passed towards clay or bleaching earth. In the next step, the oil passes for filtration to clean the oil or remove any residual absorbent particles that are left. This process improves overall qualities and enhances appearance and performance.
